SHIPPING- GENERAL

Whole Equine offers shipping rates from USPS and UPS based on product weight and destination.  We ship anywhere within the 50 states of the United States but do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Palau, Micronesia, or the Marshall Islands. Please use the cart feature of the website to find out what the applicable shipping charges are for you.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Whole Equine is now offering free shipping for all orders above $100.  However, this rate does not apply to orders including items that are heavier than 10 lbs.  

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Cookies, and other food goods must be unopened.  All opened food goods will not be accepted.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: slow feeders and any other items that are drop shipped are exempt from being returned.

If you would like to return your items, and your items meet the terms described above, please send the items to the address provided below in the “Shipping for Returns and Exchanges” section, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is the result of the receipt of damaged or defective products, please call Whole Equine at (844) 946-5378 or email us at info@wholeequine.com,and we will provide instructions on how you can receive a refund.  Returns of this nature are also subject to the 30-day policy.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

If you would like to exchange your items for new items, please send us an email at info@wholeequine.com and include a copy of your original invoice.  In the email, please indicate which items you would like to return, which items you would like to exchange them for, and why.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when shipping returns back to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will only provide refunds for returned products that are received.
